Viaboxx is the company awarded in the public tender for the development of the B+R central digital booking and access system for safer bicycle parking facilities in various cities of North Rhine-Westphalia. The contracting authorities are the Nahverkehr Rheinland (NVR) and the Zweckverband Nahverkehr Westfalen-Lippe (NWL).
The digital system will allow the bike parking spaces to be booked and accessed via a central platform. In turn, the central platform will be easily accessible through various websites and apps, offering various authentication and payment options.

This is our second ongoing project developing digital systems for secure bicycle parking. In December 2019, Viaboxx was also awarded in the public tender held by the Federal State of Berlin across Europe and is currently working on this development project together with infraVelo.
